She watched my two cats for me, made it very clear that I could call to check in with her at any time and I felt totally confident leaving my animals in her care. She collected extensive information on them and made sure that every angle was covered so that I could go on vacation without any worries about my pets. When I arrived back home after a long day of traveling, I walked into my apartment and was completely blown away: my cats seemed completely at ease and untraumatized from my absence, she had left me a long note about how they did over the past few days, vacuumed my carpet and even wiped down my kitchen counters, and had gifted some kitty treats for my little guys! I will be using her services for as long as I live in the Austin area, I was so impressed. You could not find a better person to take care of your animals while you are away!!"

"Jon and I were finally going on vacation after two years and we are new to the Pflugerville area.  We were living in South Austin for 4 years and we had a boarding facility, but we have 3 spoiled doggies and we just didn’t feel that was the way to go this time around.
